OMI VINYL(ANHUI) Co., Ltd. warrants our Vinyl LVT/LVP floor products to be free from manufacturing defects for a specified length of time from the date of PURCHASE.

Replacement/Repairs

OMI VINYL(ANHUI) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to replace our vinyl products into new ones of same color and dimension as a result of a warranty claim,not including loss of time,inconvenience,labor and/or materials costs incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the affected material,and any other incidental or consequential damages.

Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and delimitation when the flooring is subject to 25 year residential and 10 year light commercial use.All warranties in this Limited Warranty Guide are given only to the original purchasers of our products.

Exclusions

The following are not covered by this warranty:

-Damage caused by fire,flood,vacuum cleaner,indentations or damage caused by improper rolling loads,chairs or other furniture not using proper floor protectors or caster wheels,and cutting caused by sharp objects,asphalt rubber mats staining,changes in color or sheen appearance when exposed to a natural light source and intentional damages.

-Minor shading,color or texture differences between samples and delivered product.

-Damage caused by improper installation.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties,expressed or implied.Please keep your receipt.OMI Vinyl needs the receipt in order to verify date of purchase to help resolve any problems.

Warranty Owner

This Warranty applies only to the original purchasers from of the OMI VINYL floor products,not to any homeowner.For details please contact our customer support department.This warranty shall not include loss of time,inconvenience,incidental expense(such as telephone calls,labor and/or materials) incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the affected material,and any other incidental or consequential damages.
